Whatever the level of web hosting you require, having cPanel installed on your server will make task management easier. This may go without saying but be sure the hosting service you select includes MySQL databases and PHP scripting. This is necessary to take advantage of the many features included with cPanel.

The username and password you receive with your hosting account is what you will need to login to cPanel. Typically, you will find the interface at http://yourdomain.com/cpanel. For secure login try http://yourdomain.com:2083 if available with your account.
